Women In Social Enterprise Launch Evening

WISE - Women in Social Enterprise was launched on the 11th March at the Falcon Hotel in Bromyard. The event was attended by women who run or are looking to start a Social Enterprise.

Speakers at the event included TV personality Brigit Strawbridge, who is currently running a Social Enterprise - The Big Green Idea. Also speaking at the event was Moira Bush who ran a successful Social Enterprise in South Africa and now helps businesses in the UK to succeed with the help of colour analysis.

Clare and Sue received great feedback from women who attended the event and they have promised to run more events in the future. Sue commented "It is important that we create workshops that will help to motivate and support women in Social Enterprise. We will be looking to run one event a month and we will post details on the web site as soon as we have confirmed dates".
